长安大学176位校友在杭州众筹了一家陕西面馆  最近,在武林路附近,开了一家陕西面馆。特别的是,这家面馆有176位股东,他们有一个共同的身份——长安大学校友。对陕西面食共同的热爱,促成他们众筹开了这家“长安一面”。  让人念念不忘  昨天下午四点半,面馆的董事,“长安一面”杭州店的负责人蒋先生正在面馆里忙碌着。  70后的蒋先生是长安大学90级的土木工程专业毕业生,目前在杭州从事建筑设计方面的工作。面馆的176位股东遍布全国各地,其中有超过七成在江浙沪一带。这176个校友中,大部分都是理工科生,从事建筑、交通等领域的工作。“我们虽然从事各行各业,但对西安的面食,有着一样难忘的记忆。”  蒋先生说,自己是湖北人,大学去了位于西安的长安大学。大学生活最大的影响之一,就是改变了他的饮食习惯。“我小时候不爱吃面,但西安待久了,各种面越吃越爱吃。”  他读大学时,正是上世纪90年代初,食堂里有各种面食,油泼面、肉夹馍、羊肉泡馍、哨子面……,简直打开了一个面食新世界。“那会学校对面还有个夜市,谁拿了奖学金,都会去夜市打打牙祭。”  大学毕业后,蒋先生来到杭州工作,虽然离开了西安,但对西安的面食一直念念不忘。“经常在杭州城里找陕西面馆。”蒋先生说,一直想找到大学时吃过的那个味道,“有时候出差去西安,就肯定会去找家面馆解馋。”  对校友刘先生来说,陕西的面食,则是家乡思念的味道。“我是土生土长的西安人,对水乡一直很向往,大学毕业后,就过来江浙了。”刘先生说,陕西人的面食情结非常重,即便到了江南,也难改习惯,“有特别厉害的老乡,天天吃面食,几乎不吃米饭。”  校友们对大学时光共同的记忆,对西安这个城市的记忆,对特色陕西面食的记忆,很自然地变成了一个想法——凑钱众筹一家面馆。  小小面馆  成了校友交流的平台  “我们这176位校友,最年轻和最年长的,差了30岁,最大的是60后,最小的是90后。”大家都觉得,众筹面馆,是个很有意义的事情,于是每人出了几万块,开出了这家面馆。在这里,校友们不仅可以吃到正宗的陕西面食,这还是一个校友们沟通的桥梁,一个聚会交流的平台。  去年,他们先在南京开了一家“长安一面”,杭州店是第二家。  在面馆里,处处可以看到校友们的“印记”。面馆的楼梯有一面墙,叫“股东墙”,上面有所有股东的名字。二楼有一面墙,则全部做成了书柜,书柜里的书,是校友们捐过来的。面馆里播放的音乐,也是大家特别选的西安歌手的歌曲。  校友们还发挥了各自的特长,为面馆做室内设计,拍摄宣传片。“面馆承载了我们共同的大学时代的记忆,我们希望是有文化、有情怀的,也能体现西安的文化底蕴。”  面馆开业近两个月,已经有N批校友来聚会了。奥运会直播、新一届的学弟学妹落户杭州的迎新仪式等等,都是在面馆里完成的。“小范围的聚会,几乎每天都有。有些是股东带朋友来,很多本来不认识的校友,一下子在这里找到组织了。面馆让校友们更有凝聚力。这真的是一个很好的平台。”蒋先生说。(浙江在线-钱江晚报)注:视频仅为扩展阅读 陕西一面馆赠两千张餐券 环卫工可免费吃面相关的主题文章:
